The design of Buck & Rider is inspired by a blend of traditional prairie homes and Australian boathouses, creating a coastal yet rustic ambiance. The interior features an open kitchen concept, allowing guests to view the culinary team in action. The space is adorned with natural materials and warm tones, providing a welcoming and sophisticated environment. The restaurant spans over 10,000 square feet and includes a 10-seat sushi bar, three private dining rooms, and two outdoor patios, accommodating up to 450 guests at a time.

The restaurant's two outdoor patios provide an ideal setting for enjoying these events, with the back patio, known as "The Fire Pits," offering Adirondack chairs around a massive stone fire pit, perfect for lounging with friends and enjoying cocktails and seafood dishes.
The menu at Buck & Rider emphasizes fresh, sustainably sourced seafood flown in daily from both coasts, including oysters, lobster, king crab, and sushi. In addition to seafood, the restaurant offers steaks from their B&R Reserve beef program, which features USDA-certified, aged, and cut-to-specification beef.
