Established in 2013 by Major Food Group—led by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick—the restaurant pays homage to mid-20th-century Italian-American dining, offering a nostalgic yet elevated experience.

Guests are greeted by tuxedo-clad captains and are seated amidst plush banquettes, vintage photographs, and bold artwork, including pieces by Julian Schnabel. Entertainment & Events

Carbone offers private and semi-private event spaces for special occasions. The main dining room can accommodate up to 80 guests seated or 100 guests for a reception-style event. Additionally, the Back Room and Front Room are available for smaller gatherings, seating up to 50 and 30 guests, respectively. These spaces provide an elegant setting for celebrations and corporate events.
