FnB is a celebrated, chef-driven restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale, co-owned by Chef Charleen Badman and beverage director Pavle Milic. It focuses heavily on seasonality and locality — sourcing ingredients from Arizona farms, changing the menu frequently to reflect what’s fresh and available. The restaurant is especially noted for its outstanding wine program, pushing Arizona wines, fine small production wines, ciders, etc., and a smaller bar ("FnBar") space for drinks in a more casual vibe.
