Designed in partnership with global design agency Harrison, the restaurant features an expansive dining room centered around an open churrasco grill, allowing guests a 360-degree view of gaucho chefs demonstrating the culinary art of churrasco by butchering, hand carving, and grilling high-quality cuts of meat. The space is adorned with natural wood paneling, rich textures, and modern chandeliers, creating a warm and contemporary ambiance. Additional design highlights include a seasonal Market Table, dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging, and a lively bar area, all contributing to an elevated dining experience.
