Kauboi is an upscale Japanese steakhouse located on the third floor of The REMI Hotel in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. Blending traditional Japanese culinary techniques with Southwestern influences, Kauboi offers a refined yet dynamic dining experience.

Atmosphere & Design

The restaurant's design features a fusion of natural wood, leather, and stone elements, complemented by soft lighting to create an elevated yet grounded ambiance. A standout feature is the custom wood-fired robata and grill suite, fueled by binchotan charcoal and local hardwood, which serves as the centerpiece for preparing yakitori and Santa Maria-style grilled dishes. The space includes various dining areas, such as an indoor dining room, outdoor lounge, whiskey lounge, and terrace lounge, each offering a unique setting for guests.

While Kauboi does not feature nightly live entertainment, it hosts a variety of curated events and private gatherings that infuse energy and excitement into the dining experience.
